Terms of service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set forth the conditions and procedures for using the ssokpage service ("Service") provided by naimstory ("Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the product page planning, editing, export tools, and additional services provided by the Company.
  2. "Member" refers to a person who agrees to these terms and creates an account.
  3. "Workspace" refers to a workspace where members store projects and assets and collaborate with teammates.
  4. "Credits" refers to the unit used within the service, deducted when using AI features.
  5. "Content" refers to images, text, documents, etc. that a member uploads to or creates through the service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and amendment of terms)

  1. These terms take effect upon posting on the service screen.
  2. The Company may amend these terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws. In case of amendment, the effective date and reason for the change will be announced at least 7 days in advance. For changes unfavorable to members, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and provide individual notice electronically.
  3. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date. Continued use of the service after the effective date will be considered acceptance of the changes.

Article 4 (Establishment of service agreement)

  1. The service agreement is established when you agree to the terms, apply for membership, and the company approves your application.
  2. The company may refuse membership or terminate the agreement in the following cases:
    • If you use someone else's name or information
    • If you provide false information
    • If you have previously been restricted for violating the terms
    • If you are under 14 years old

Article 5 (Provision of services)

  1. The company provides the following services:
    • AI-powered product page structure and copy generation
    • Block-based editor and templates
    • AI image generation and background removal
    • Export in image, HTML, and document formats
    • Team collaboration, version control, and educational content
  2. The service is available 24/7 year-round in principle.
  3. The company may temporarily suspend the service for unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance, equipment replacement, or natural disasters, and will notify users in advance. In urgent cases, notice may be given afterward.

Article 6 (Paid services and payment)

  1. The types, prices, and details of paid plans are posted on the plan page within the service.
  2. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
  3. Recurring payments are automatically charged to the registered payment method at each billing cycle. You may cancel automatic payments at any time.
  4. If payment fails, the company will retry according to a set schedule. If payment is not completed within the grace period, your plan will be downgraded to the free plan.
  5. The company does not store payment method details such as card numbers, only the identification key issued by the payment processor.

Article 7 (Plan changes and cancellation)

  1. Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately, and the prorated difference for the remaining period will be charged.
  2. Downgrading your plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you can continue to use your current plan until then.
  3. If you request cancellation, your agreement will end and automatic payments will stop at the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your cancellation request before the end date.

Article 8 (Refunds)

  1. If you request a refund within 7 days of payment and have not used any paid features (such as AI generation or export), you will receive a full refund.
  2. If you have used paid features, a refund will be issued after deducting the amount corresponding to the usage period and used credits, in accordance with relevant consumer protection laws and guidelines.
  3. Unused credits from purchased credit packs are refundable.
  4. If you were unable to use the service due to the company's fault, you will receive a full refund or an extension of your usage period.

Article 9 (Credits)

  1. Credits included in your plan are issued each billing cycle and expire 7 days after the end of the cycle.
  2. Credits purchased separately do not expire.
  3. If an AI task fails for technical reasons, deducted credits will be automatically restored.
  4. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to others.

Article 10 (Content rights)

  1. You retain the rights to content you upload and to results generated through the service. The company will not provide this content to third parties or use it for marketing without your consent.
  2. The company may copy, store, or display your content only as necessary to provide the service (such as storage, transmission, preview, or export).
  3. Members must have legal rights to the content they upload and are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or portrait rights.
  4. The company owns the rights to templates and block designs provided by the service, but members may use them freely for their own commercial purposes.

Article 11 (Responsibility for AI-generated results)

  1. Text and images generated by AI are drafts. Members are responsible for final verification of factual accuracy and legal compliance.
  2. For products subject to advertising regulations, such as food, cosmetics, health supplements, and medical devices, members must review content according to relevant laws and review standards.
  3. The company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated results and is not liable for any disputes arising from their use.

Article 12 (Prohibited actions)

Members must not engage in the following actions.

  • Creating or uploading content that infringes on others’ rights
  • Producing false, exaggerated, or otherwise illegal advertising
  • Generating abnormal traffic through automated methods
  • Probing for vulnerabilities or attempting to reverse engineer the service
  • Sharing or reselling accounts
  • Creating pages for obscene, violent, or illegal products

Article 13 (Restrictions on use)

If a member violates Article 12, the company may restrict service use after prior notice. In cases of serious or repeated violations, the company may terminate the contract immediately. Members may appeal such decisions.

Article 14 (Data retention and deletion)

  1. Deleted projects and images are kept in the trash for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
  2. When a member deletes their account, related data is deleted without delay except for information required by law to be retained.
  3. Members can use the export feature to save their work before deleting their account.

Article 15 (Limitation of liability)

  1. The company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters or telecom failures.
  2. The company’s liability for damages is limited to the amount paid by the member in the three months prior to the incident, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the company.

Article 16 (Dispute resolution)

Disputes related to these terms are governed by Korean law. If not resolved through negotiation, the court with jurisdiction over the company’s headquarters will be the court of first instance.

Addendum

These terms take effect from Oct 15, 2026.
